  Dear Staff Of VPL Developments, I would like to thank Shirley and the staff of VPL Developments very much for your hard work, dedication and donation to this year's Santa's Elves campaign. Our 2010 campaign was very successful . It was our eleventh year of providing gifts for children and hampers for those less fortunate than ourselves. In 2010 gifts were wrapped for 171 children and 54 hampers were delivered. We cover a very large region from hwy 2 to hwy 20 and then hwy 616 to hwy 611. O... More...
